    Marshall Rotary Club presents the first annual Duck Plucking event July 20, at the Brooks Memorial Fountain, 4:00 pm. Tickets are available with three winning ducks: $500, $250, and $100 winners. Any Rotarian has tickets; $5.00 for one, 5 for $20.00.
